The date of Saturday, April 10th, 2010, has been selected for the Salt Lake City branch of AAUW fifth annual fund-raiser luncheon for the AAUW educational fund, which will be held at the Town Club, in Salt Lake City, from 11:00 a.m. to 2:30 p.m. again, the cost will be $40, which includes a $15 tax-deductible donation to the AAUW fund. Menu options will be available.

An exciting new program focus has been arranged for those who attend the luncheon this year. Three well-known and successful Utah women actors have accepted the invitation to be the speakers. Anne Cullimore Decker, Marilyn Holt, and Margaret Crowell will each give a presentation from a play or dramatic reading of their choice, talk about their careers, and answer questions.

The deadline for reservations is April 3rd. All reservations must be paid in advance by a check made payable to the Salt Lake City branch of AAUW. Checks should be sent to Maxine Haggerty, 2630 Lincoln Lane, Salt Lake City, 84124.

The Town Club address is 1081 East South Temple. There is no sign outside. It is a house that sits on the corner, with a flag pole in the yard. Parking is available in a small parking lot is behind the house, on "Q" Street on the east side of the club, or on South Temple.
