Kaysville-Davis started the new year with a baked potato - salad bar on September l2. It was well attended, and we picked up two new members.
Our October meeting featured Laura Polacheck, an attorney and associate director for AARP discussing payday loans. She reported that many people that can least afford it are taken advantage of.
JoAnn Roche, home economist with the Utah State Extension Service, presented a fun evening entitled "Getting Ready for Christmas" at our November meeting.
Two Kaysville-Davis branch members were presenters at the Utah Womens' Art Exhibit in August. Genese Beck presented the Ruth Turner award and Colleen Busenbark presented the Bea Carroll award.
